WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We're based in the historic rockies, 3800 feet above sea level in Calgary, Alberta, Canada where the world's largest rodeo, Calgary Stampede is held. Sophie, our leader and co-founder, was born in Australia and is now a transplanted Canuck.

ARE THERE ANY LOCAL STORES I CAN BUY YOUR GARMENTS IN? 

We continue to work with multiple local retailers across the world to carry our product. Watch out for newsletters and press releases announcing our friends where you can shop for your next PPG apparel.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE FRONT?

We don't have our own brick and mortar, we only sell online. 

 

WHERE DOES YOUR STORE SHIP FROM?

While we are based in Calgary, all of our clothing is washed, printed, warehoused and shipped out of our Calgary, Alberta. All returns and exchanges are dealt with from here. 

 

HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?


Shipping fees start at $10 within Canada. You will be able to see the shipping fees when you add any item to your cart.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Depending on where you are ordering from, or what method of shipping you have chosen, most orders will arrive within 5 business days. If your item has not arrived in 10 business days, please send an email to info@ppgapparel.com

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY PPG Apparel?

We recommend that you wash our products inside-out in cold water with like colours. We recommend not ironing over the designs. Tumble dry on a low setting or hang dry for best results. Don't forget to refer to the washing instructions printed on each garment’s label for more details. 

WHEN DO YOU RESPOND TO EMAILS?

We aim to respond back to our customer's emails within 24-48 hours.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please email us as soon as possible at info@ppgapparel.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we're not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
